This Master Class will explore the changes that occur to the core and pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy and birth. Babies welcome.

This program is provided by Rachel Parrotta, DPT

Babies in arms welcome. Coffee, tea and light snacks will be available. 

Registration is required. The cost for this class is $10.
